2 Educational Scope & Investment Risk Warning

2.1 Not Financial or Investment Advice: All content provided on Money IQ—including but not limited to educational videos, masterclasses, technical chart analysis, proprietary indicators, macroeconomic newsletters, and community discussions—is published solely for educational, informational, and research purposes. None of our content should be construed as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2.2 High Market Risk: Trading and investing in equities, options, futures, foreign exchange (Forex), and cryptocurrencies involves significant financial risk. Market volatility can result in rapid and substantial losses, potentially exceeding your initial investment. You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

3.3 Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify Money IQ immediately at support@moneyiq.com if you suspect or discover any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

4.1 Membership Tiers: Money IQ offers both free educational resources and premium subscription plans (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual tiers). Details regarding pricing and plan features are specified on our Pricing Page.

4.2 Automatic Renewal: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). Money IQ does not directly store complete credit card numbers on its servers.

4.4 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.

4.5 Refund Policy: Because digital content, downloadable resources, and indicators are immediately accessible upon purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or explicitly stated in a money-back guarantee promotion.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All content and software on the Money IQ Platform—including trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, video lessons, UI/UX designs, algorithms, code scripts, proprietary indicators, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Money IQ and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial education. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, broadcast, or resell any Money IQ proprietary materials.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from any software or indicator provided.
• Redistribute premium newsletter alerts, private Discord/community signals, or trading scripts to external groups or public forums.

6 Permitted & Prohibited User Conduct

When using the Platform and participating in our community spaces, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of financial regulatory statutes.
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity, including Money IQ instructors, analysts, or administrators.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited promotional messages, referral links, or unverified financial schemes ("pump-and-dump" schemes).
• Harass, intimidate, defame, or abuse other community members or staff.
• Deploy bots, scrapers, data miners, or automated tools to systematically harvest content from our servers without written authorization.
• Attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform's infrastructure.

7 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Money IQ, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, trading capital, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any decisions made, trades executed, or investments made based on information presented on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access, alteration, or interception of your transmissions or account data.
• Any technical downtime, bugs, data delay, server latency, or third-party feed disruptions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Money IQ and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

8 Third-Party Links & Financial Integrations

The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, market data feeds, charting services (e.g., TradingView), brokerage platforms, or external tools. Money IQ does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed exclusively by their respective terms of service.

9 Modifications to Terms & Platform

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice via email or a prominent banner on the Platform. Your continued use of Money IQ following any revisions constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
